Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support assigned administrative projects and initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities, including office facilities, pantry, equipment, and services.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for quotations, service delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare proposals, comparison charts, purchase requisitions, and supporting documents for approval.
  • Process and verify employee claims, invoices, and administrative expenses before submission.
  • Maintain and update administrative records, contracts, and filing systems.
  • Support budget tracking and cost control for administrative expenses.

Job Specification - Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, IT or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, project coordination or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
  • Confident in communication and following up across departments.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Experience in a financial services or regulated environment is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
