ABOUT THE ROLE The AR & Billing Associate at Teikametrics will play a key role in supporting the global Billing and Collections team, working collaboratively with teams in both India and the US. Key responsibilities include managing the collections process, reconciling cash payments, and overseeing the accounts receivable inbox. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, a solid understanding of accounts receivable, and exceptional organizational abilities. This role offers a valuable opportunity for early-career professionals to gain experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented SaaS company. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME • Assist billing team in India with collections processes • Ensure dunning emails (automated and manual) go out timely • Assist with reconciling cash payments between bank and ERP system on a weekly basis • Monitor AR inbox for custom responses to dunning emails and other communications • Interface with the US accounting team on collection matters as needed • Support the AR team in managing billing and accounts receivable tasks • Use Excel to analyze and summarize data • Assist lead in resolving delinquent AR, disputes and monitor credit card disputes • Use Excel to analyze/summarize data and create reports for management • Support sales, product, and services teams with ad hoc requests/inquiries WHO YOU ARE • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field • 3+ years AR/Billing experience in the IT (SaaS/Software) industry • Work experience with a US based company is preferable • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively WHAT CAN HELP YOU STAND OUT • Experience with dunning processes and cash applications (a plus) • Experience with NetSuite or any ERP software and Sales Force (a plus) • Familiarity with Stripe or similar payment processing platforms (a plus) WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED • Every Teikametrics employee is eligible for company equity • Remote Work – flexibility to work from home or from our offices + remote working allowance • Broadband reimbursement • Group Medical Insurance – Coverage of INR 7,50,000 per annum for a family • Crèche benefit • Training and development allowance Press Reference about Teika Teikametrics’ Marketplace Optimization Platform, Flywheel 2.0, Adds AI-Powered Automation to Maximize Advertising Performance Across Marketplaces The job description is representative of typical duties and responsibilities for the position and is not all-inclusive.
