About the Role: Driving Customer Success in Amazon Advertising

As a Customer Success Manager at Jungle Scout, you will be the primary advocate for our customers, driving their success through onboarding, training, and account management. Your expertise in Amazon Advertising will enable you to showcase the value of our products, foster alignment, and drive adoption. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Product, UX, and Sales teams, to address customer needs and improve product value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Success Advocacy: Drive client success through onboarding, training, and account management, ensuring their success with Downstream and Cobalt.
  • Value Demonstration and Alignment: Understand customer goals and showcase the value of our products to foster alignment and drive adoption.
  • Performance Metrics and Satisfaction: Meet performance metrics including adoption, ROI, expansion, and renewals, maintaining high customer satisfaction and referenceability.
  • Relationship Cultivation and Expansion: Cultivate key customer relationships and develop strategies for account expansion, partnering with Account Managers to achieve renewal targets.
  • Customer Engagement and Feedback: Represent the Voice of the Customer, advocating for customer needs and enhancements to shape the Product Roadmap.
  • Collaborative Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to address user feedback and improve product value, delivering tailored training based on customer use cases.
  • Issue Resolution and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Who You Are: Amazon Advertising Expertise and Customer Success Skills

To succeed in this role, you must possess a unique blend of Amazon Advertising expertise and customer success skills. You are an Amazon expert with experience working with ecommerce tools, brands, agencies, or selling on Amazon, Walmart, or other marketplaces. Your background includes managing Amazon Advertising PPC and Amazon DSP, with a solid understanding of Amazon Sponsored Ad management tools or prior professional experience in digital advertising.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Experience working with Seller Central, Vendor Central, or Walmart Marketplace managing accounts or customers.
  • Technical proficiency and a quick grasp of product functionalities to help customers use and obtain value from them.
  • Extremely strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to create content in various forms, including written and video.
  • Deep customer empathy, demonstrated through active listening and problem discovery.
  • Analytical skills to help customers actualize value and interpret data into insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, confidently engaging with C-suite executives and guiding conversations toward productive outcomes.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish, French, German, Italian).
  • Experience with ecommerce tools, brands, agencies, or selling on Amazon, Walmart, or other marketplaces.
