About Us

Synatix is a fast-growing technology company building intelligent digital products for enterprise clients across Southeast Asia. Our engineering culture is rooted in quality, agility, and continuous innovation — and we are on an ambitious journey to embed AI-driven practices across every layer of our software delivery lifecycle. We operate with a squad/tribe/chapter model, enabling QA to serve as a quality partner embedded across cross-functional squads.

Role Overview The QA Assistant Manager bridges QA Team Leads and senior management, overseeing 2–3 QA teams (12–18 engineers) across manual, automation, AI-assisted, and specialised testing disciplines. You will translate organisational QA strategy into actionable execution plans aligned with product roadmaps and squads and tribes, drive AI and automation transformation, govern the QA chapter network within the tribe, and own quality reporting across multiple products — providing executive visibility into quality health, automation ROI, and AI tool adoption metrics.

  • Own quality reporting across multiple products providing executive visibility into quality health, automation ROI, and AI tool adoption.
