We are currently recruiting Assistant Sales Team Leaders for our Asia Pacific markets division. The role will involve leading a sales team to engage with industry professionals to participate in our wide range of technical and management courses for the energy sector.

Position: Assistant Sales Team Leader

Job Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job role:

  • Generate, establish, and manage key clients or accounts for the business
  • Set and monitor sales targets and metrics for individual sales reps and the team overall
  • Train and coach, the sales team to maximize their revenue potential
  • Develop compelling sales methods and approaches to promote our courses
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve results
  • Oversee lead generation and qualifying processes to build sales pipelines
  • Monitor the marketplace to stay updated on best practices and industry trends
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system
  • Recruit and hire top sales talent as needed
Requirements:
  • 3+ years’ experience in a sales management role, preferably selling training or educational solutions to large enterprises
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and drive sales teams
  • Excellent phone presence and ability to deliver enthusiastic sales presentations
  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven approach
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and motivational qualities
  • Persistent follow-up and commitment to exceeding goals
