Role Overview The Brand Commerce Executive will play a key role in driving online business growth across e-commerce platforms by managing product listings, executing campaigns, and ensuring strong store performance. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry, with hands-on experience in e-commerce and digital trade marketing.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Platform & Store Management
  • Update platform metrics and track daily GMV performance to support business targets.
  • Maintain and update SKU database, ensuring accuracy in product information.
  • Manage and execute product listings across all online platforms.
  • Optimize “perfect store” execution, including product naming, descriptions, and visual assets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on listings, GWP promotions, and store elements (PDP, SIS, OBS).
Campaign & Initiative Execution
  • Execute key e-commerce campaigns (Double Dates, Super Brand Day, product launches, etc.).
  • Support shoppertainment activities including thematic live streams and teaser content.
  • Work closely with affiliate teams on sampling, racing programs, and partnership activations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with brand, agency, and perfect store teams to ensure best-in-class brand visibility.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of online promotions and campaigns.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field .
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, trade marketing, or digital commerce roles.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and convert into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce campaigns, listings, and platform operations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to identify opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce metrics, platform tools, and online shopper behavior.
  • Passionate about beauty & personal care trends and digital consumer engagement.
