Location & Working Hours

  • Office: The Ascent Paradigm, Petaling Jaya
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6.00 PM
Salary & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships, especially in insurance and related industries.
  • Drive outreach through cold calling, networking, and direct engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Conduct market research to spot trends and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
  • Track, analyze, and report on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Roll up your sleeves to close tough deals, support campaigns, and hit ambitious targets.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within financial services or technology (insurance background is a plus).
  • Hands-on sales experience: cold calling, lead generation, and closing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure.
  • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-starter with a “no excuses” attitude — gets things done with minimal supervision.
