Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, sales/business development, preferably in the immigration, legal, or consultancy industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Plus point to Chinese speaker.
  • Ability to handle documentation and client records with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of MM2H and PVIP programs is an added advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibility
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate and updated information on MM2H, PVIP, and other immigration programs.
  • Assist clients with pre-registration, document submission, and application processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client applications.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on client inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Support the marketing team by participating in seminars, events, and exhibitions when required.
  • Stay updated on immigration regulations, policies, and program changes.
