The Role

We don’t need a manager of managers. We need a builder.

As our Chief Commercial Officer, you will own revenue from zero to scale , personally closing early deals, shaping our B2B offer, and building the commercial engine from the ground up.

What You’ll Own:

Close the First USD 𝟏𝐌 – USD 2M in B2B Revenue
  • Personally source, pitch, and close deals with gaming studios, platforms, and enterprise clients.
  • Turn early traction into paid pilots, API contracts, and enterprise agreements.
  • Build a repeatable sales motion from scratch (outbound, inbound, partnerships).
Define B2B Product & Monetization
  • Work directly with the CEO and product team to shape what we sell and how we price it.
  • Package our tech into API/SDK offerings, enterprise solutions, and white-label products.
  1. Build the Sales & Partnerships Engine
  • Create the playbook: ICP, messaging, outbound strategy, funnel metrics.
  • Hire and lead the first sales, BD, and partnerships team.
  • Implement CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline.
  1. Land Strategic Partnerships That Matter
  • Close high-impact deals with platforms, game engines, and ecosystem players.
  • Structure revenue-sharing, licensing, and integration partnerships.
  1. Create Market Pull
  • Turn early customers into case studies and growth loops.
  • Represent the company in key industry conversations, events, and networks.
  • Help position us as the go-to infrastructure for AI avatars and digital identity.
You Might Be a Fit If:
  • You’ve built revenue from near-zero to meaningful scale in a startup (not just optimized an existing machine).
  • You’re equally comfortable closing a deal yourself and designing the sales organization .
  • You have strong experience in B2B SaaS, APIs, gaming, AI, or platform businesses .
  • You know how to sell technical products to both business leaders and product/engineering teams.
  • You move fast, test aggressively, and don’t wait for perfect structure.
  • You’re commercially sharp and product-minded.
What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months):
  • Closed initial anchor B2B deals (gaming, platforms, or enterprise).
  • Defined a clear B2B offering and pricing model .
  • Built a repeatable pipeline and sales motion .
