The Creative Executive (Brand & Content) plays a key role in driving the creative vision and execution of Charterhouse Malaysia’s marketing and communications initiatives. This role supports the Admissions and Marketing Department by conceptualising, designing, and delivering high-quality visual content that strengthens the school’s brand presence across all media platforms.

Working closely with the Head of Admissions and Marketing, the Creative Executive (Brand & Content) will be responsible for producing compelling marketing assets and ensuring brand consistency across all campaigns, both online and offline.

Responsibilities:

· To assist the Head of Admissions and Marketing to ensure the marketing communication meets the quality and brand standards required by Charterhouse Asia.

· To assist the Head of Admissions and Marketing to drive quality lead generation activity for the school across digital and offline marketing channels to meet agreed targets.

· Conceptualise, design, and produce engaging marketing materials, including brochures, digital banners, social media content and updates, videos, advertisements, email newsletters and event collaterals.

· Plan, capture, and produce photography and videography content for marketing campaigns, school events, and day-to-day school activities.

· Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.

· Analyse and measure the effectiveness of content marketing campaigns and use data to drive continuous improvement.

· Translate creative concepts into effective visuals that align with the school’s brand identity and marketing objectives.

· Manage end-to-end creative production for print and digital campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

· Provide creative direction and support for photography and videography projects, including briefing external photographers and videographers.

· Liaise with external agencies, printers, and vendors to ensure smooth coordination and execution of marketing projects.

· Support social media content creation, digital campaigns, and media placement when required.

· Maintain an organised library of design assets, templates, and marketing collaterals.

· Research and recommend new creative trends, tools, and technologies to enhance visual storytelling and production efficiency.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as subject matter experts and educators, to develop content that is accurate, informative, and educational.

· Assist in other marketing-related duties as assigned by the Head of Admissions and Marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media, Creative Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in Advertising, Media, or Creative Design - preferably within the education, lifestyle, or premium brand sectors.
  • Experience working in or with an international school environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design tools.
  • Strong design sense, visual storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with photography, videography, and digital content creation is an advantage.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, collaborative team player with a passion for creativity and innovation.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Fluency in Mandarin / Cantonese would be an asset.
  • IMMEDIATE STARTER PREFERRED.
