Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Card Sales Team Manager, located in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, oversee day-to-day operations, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for credit card products.

Responsibilities include coaching and training team members, developing communication approaches, ensuring excellent customer service delivery, and monitoring team performance to enhance productivity. The role also involves building strong relationships with stakeholders and promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Team Management skills, including leadership and the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving goals.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Proven Customer Service capabilities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Experience in Training team members to improve skills and performance.
  • Sales expertise with a solid understanding of credit card products and methods to achieve targets.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services or banking.
