As a Customer Marketing Specialist you will be based in our location in Malaysia for a permanent contract.

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in Malaysia. This role plays a key part in translating global product strategies into impactful local marketing initiatives, supporting product launches, customer engagement, and market development across the region.

Your responsibilities

Product Marketing & Launch Excellence
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) and ensure market readiness
  • Develop and manage marketing materials and sales enablement tools
  • Coordinate training calendars with technical teams
  • Act as the link between Marketing Asia, Product Management, and global/regional stakeholders
Branding, Awareness & Customer Engagement
  • Manage marketing collateral (brochures, adverts, showroom materials, digital content)
  • Organize and support customer events, training sessions, and marketing activities
  • Drive social media presence, website content, and branding initiatives
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams, product management, and external partners
  • Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and business objectives
Strategic Marketing Contribution
  • Support positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
  • Contribute to market development and market penetration strategies
  • Provide input for product development from a local market perspective
Your profile
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical background with interest or experience in marketing or product management
  • Experience in the electrical industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly
  • Comfortable working in multicultural, virtual, and cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple topics in parallel
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Fresh graduates with the right mindset and motivation are encouraged to apply
