Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a social media project. This role involves providing assistance across multiple communication channels, including voice, live chat, and email. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer inquiries in a structured and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers via phone, live chat, and email
  • Assist with inquiries related to campaigns, account issues, billing, and tracking
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in accordance with service guidelines
  • Guide users on campaign setup and optimization practices based on provided resources
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions
  • Meet defined service levels for response and resolution times
  • Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support issue resolution and process improvements
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2.5 years’ experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within BPO or digital advertising environments
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English to support customers across assigned markets
  • Familiarity with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts such as CPC, CPM, targeting, and conversion tracking
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
  • Ability to manage tasks in a structured, performance-driven environment
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Compensation & Benefits
  • Basic Salary: RM 5,000 per month
  • Performance Incentive: Up to RM 300
  • Shift Allowance: Up to RM 300
