Job Responsibilities
-Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) by planning, creating, and posting engaging content.
-Organize, schedule, and host live streaming sessions to drive sales and support stock clearance campaigns.
-Supervise, train, and schedule live hosts, ensuring professionalism, quality, and compliance with platform rules.
-Monitor and optimize online shop performance (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, etc.), including product listings, descriptions, and promotions.
-Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to increase reach, traffic, and conversions.
-Track, analyze, and prepare reports on content, live, shop, and advertising performance with actionable insights.
-Research and apply trending hashtags, music, and content formats to maximize visibility and engagement.
-Collaborate with the creative/design team to produce high-quality videos, graphics, and live promotional content.
-Coordinate with inventory and sales teams to align campaigns with stock availability and promotions.
-Develop and maintain SOPs for live hosting standards, digital campaigns, and e-commerce operations.
-Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform tools, and competitor activities to ensure strategies remain innovative and competitive.
-Support any ad hoc marketing or sales campaigns as needed.
Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
-1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or live commerce (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered).
-Strong knowledge of digital marketing, live commerce, and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook; Google Ads is an advantage).
-Creative, confident, and comfortable appearing/hosting on live streams if needed.
-Proficient with video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or similar).
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, report, and optimize campaign performance.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to manage hosts and coordinate across teams.
-Independent, proactive, and adaptable to fast-changing digital trends.
-Willing to work flexible hours (including weekends or evenings when required).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
