Why does this job exist and why is it critical? This role demands a strategic thinker who can balance customer needs, technical capabilities, and business objectives to deliver intuitive digital solutions that drive measurable results. What are you accountable for?
  • Understand the digital ambition of the business, needs of the customers, and analyse of the current landscape in Maxis Enterprise for improvement and growth
  • Responsible for the end-to-end management and enhancement of the B2B Self Serve portal with the aim to deliver seamless, user-friendly digital experiences that meet the complex needs of enterprise customers and drive business growth.
  • Identify gaps and craft a digital strategy that will address the business ambition and customer needs
  • Develop functional capabilities roadmap of the B2B Self Serve Portal by identifying, scoping and integrating operational processes and user behaviours into digital platforms
  • Develop and structure detailed user requirements into clear, traceable inputs that serve as the foundation for formal requirements documentation
  • Review high level solution design and detail design document with the UIUX lead, operations team, business analyst, tech development team, and other related parties
  • Manage end-to-end delivery with the respective internal and external stakeholders and providers
  • Oversee and participate in User Acceptance Testing and Friendly User Trials to ensure product is technically sound, user-friendly, and aligned with both business and customer needs.
  • Drive user and transaction/usage adoption of the digital channels by collaborating with various supporting parties
  • Monthly reporting of platform performance and revenue to management
  • Lead sprint review and planning sessions with the ISD team to ensure prioritization of sprint pipelines & timely delivery of pipeline projects
  • Plan and execute communication strategies for both internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing

  • Digital Native, with a strong understanding of the evolving digital landscape, technologies and paradigms.
  • Ability to create seamless user journeys by combining customer insights with technology
  • Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering expertise
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.
