Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Online Store Operations

  • Manage daily operations across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
  • Conduct routine site checks, test orders, and monitor system issues.
  • Oversee order processing via SFCC and marketplace seller centers.
  • Track and report key e-commerce KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion rates).
  • Monitor competitors and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and sales.
2. Customer Service
  • Handle customer inquiries across all online channels (email, phone).
  • Resolve issues related to orders, products, and platform usage.
  • Manage service recovery and returns processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Logistics Coordination
  • Monitor order fulfillment and delivery timelines to meet SLAs.
  • Coordinate with logistics, courier partners, and internal teams to resolve delays.
4. Merchandising Coordination
  • Support product uploads, updates, and launches across platforms.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, stock availability, and product visibility.
  • Ensure timely activation of new arrivals and removal of out-of-stock items.
  • Analyze and report product performance.
5. Marketing Coordination
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign assets (banners, copywriting).
  • Update promotional content across platforms.
  • Track and report marketing performance and traffic metrics.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Business or related field
  • Min 2 years’ experience in Malaysia e-commerce operations (content, store management, reporting, customer service)
  • Familiar with marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok)
  • Basic knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and strong Excel skills
  • Fluent in English; Malay & Mandarin is a plus
