Position Objective To support the Customer Growth team by planning, coordinating, and executing client events and engagement initiatives that enhance customer experience, generate leads, and strengthen brand affinity. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end event management, hands‑on operational execution, and effective cross‑functional coordination to ensure successful delivery of events.

Key Responsibilities

1.Event Planning & Setup
  • Support the planning and preparation of various client events and activities.
  • Assist with event venue recces, event setup coordination, registration preparation, materials printing, and overall logistics arrangements.
  • Coordinate with vendors (e.g. venues, AV suppliers, printers, and simple event support providers) to ensure full readiness prior to events.
2.On‑Site Event Support
  • Provide on‑site support during events, including guest registration, basic guest handling, and floor coordination.
  • Support AV setup checks and work closely with vendors to ensure smooth event flow.
  • Assist with the setup and tear‑down of event spaces, including the careful transportation and handling of premium items (e.g. display materials, giveaways, and signage) to and from venues.
  • Help ensure events run according to planned schedules while meeting quality and brand standards.
3.Post‑Event Support
  • Assist with post‑event administrative tasks, including attendance tracking and basic data tabulation.
  • Support the preparation of simple post‑event summaries and post‑mortem decks (e.g. key outcomes, challenges, and areas for improvement).
  • Update and maintain CRM event data, including attendee lists, participation status, and basic lead information.
4.Event Documentation & Coordination Support
  • Prepare and maintain event documentation such as event checklists, internal memos, approval forms, and event summary reports.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Assist in scheduling pre‑event discussions and disseminating pre‑event briefing materials to stakeholders.
  • Support note‑taking during pre‑event meetings and circulate meeting minutes to relevant internal stakeholders for follow‑up.
5.Additional Responsibilities
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management to support evolving business needs and organizational objectives.
  • Be prepared for frequent domestic travel as required by project demands.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree qualification in any field
