We (Pali Pali Trading Sdn Bhd) are looking for Executive - Information Technology (IT) Level 1 & 2 to join our dynamic team in the 3D printing industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in setting up HR & Admin department activities across our brand verticals: 3DExpress.my, 3DExtreme.my, 3DExcel.my, and Bambu Lab MakerWorld retail. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop within the rapidly evolving 3D printing sector.

Position Overview The Executive - Information Technology (IT) Level 1 & 2 plays a key role in leading the planning, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of company IT systems, digital platforms, infrastructure, and company IT assets.

Coordinate closely with IT users, developers, and system vendors to ensure systems are properly, maintained, and continuously improved.

Job Responsibilities

Level 1 (Basic Support)

  • Provide first-level support for staff (retail, warehouse, office)
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues:
  • POS system errors (e.g. StoreHub)
  • Printer, scanner, and device setup
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Email and account access (Google Workspace / Microsoft)
  • Perform password resets and user account management
  • Handle incoming IT requests via WhatsApp / ticketing / calls
  • Set up new laptops, desktops, and peripherals
  • Escalate complex issues when required
Level 2 (Technical Support)
  • Diagnose and resolve more complex IT issues:
  • Network (WiFi, router, firewall basics)
  • POS & ERP integration issues (AutoCount, etc.)
  • WooCommerce / WordPress basic troubleshooting
  • Liaise with external vendors (hosting, payment gateway, IT suppliers)
  • Monitor system performance and uptime
  • Support retail outlet IT setup and maintenance
  • Maintain backups and basic data integrity checks
  • Document issues and solutions for internal reference
  • Managing the full lifecycle of IT systems including planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Maintaining and supporting core business systems such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, WMS, POS, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Acting as the key liaison between internal teams and external system vendors, programmers, web developers to integrate various systems
  • Coordinating system development, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and feature enhancements with developers.
  • Ensuring systems are stable, secure, and operating efficiently for daily business operations.
  • Managing system updates, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
  • Conducting system testing (UAT) and ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and system improvements.
Job Requirements Must-Have
  • Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in IT support (fresh grads with strong skills can apply)
  • Basic understanding of:
  • Networking (IP, router, WiFi)
  • Windows / Mac OS troubleshooting
  • Hardware setup & maintenance
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and respond quickly
Good to Have (Bonus)
  • Experience with POS systems (e.g. StoreHub)
  • Familiar with WooCommerce / WordPress
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. AutoCount)
  • Experience supporting retail or multi-branch environments
  • Basic scripting or automation knowledge
