About the Role

Join ParkCity Club as a Front Desk Assistant, serving as the first point of contact for members and guests while delivering efficient, friendly, and professional reception and customer service support to ensure an excellent clubhouse experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide efficient, friendly, and professional reception services at the Club House.
  • Manage and maintain Club House facilities and activities.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative and operational matters at Club House.
  • Assist the Facility team to ensure overall Club House facilities are in good condition.
  • Oversee and ensure all club members comply with club rules.
  • Attend to club members' requests or complains and maintain good rapport with them.
  • Oversee and monitor daily routine maintenance to ensure the cleanliness of Club House.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recreational club, fitness centre, hotel or customer-service-based industry.
  • Willing to work on shifts (including weekends & public holidays) and 6 days per week.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Candidates with a background in sport science will have an added advantage.
  • Able to start at short notice will be given priority consideration.
