Graduate Trainee Program (Quantity Surveying / Construction Management)

Intake: June 2026

Start your career in the construction industry with hands-on experience and real project exposure. Our 9-month Graduate Trainee Program is designed to equip you with practical skills in cost management, contract administration, and project coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management from a recognized university
  • CGPA 2.00 and above
  • Aged 27 and below
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Good computer literacy and strong communication skills
  • Able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and related documentation
  • Liaise with clients and construction professionals such as site managers, project managers, and coordinators
  • Monitor and track changes in design and construction work, adjusting budget projections accordingly
  • Perform other duties related to the role as assigned
Program Duration: 9 Months
  • 1 week of Soft Skills Training
  • 8 months and 3 weeks of On-the-Job Training
