As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with the brand’s identity and resonate with our target audience. This role requires a blend of creativity and a passion for delivering engaging content that supports our marketing campaigns and enhances the customer experience in all of our brand channels and platforms, including in-store POSM, digital assets, website, social media and more.

1. Brand Visual Development

  • Create compelling visual content to support branding and marketing campaigns

  • Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and identity

  • Assist in the development of visual assets for new campaigns, product launches, and events

2. Print & Promotional Material Design
  • Design and adapt printed materials such as flyers, packaging, menu boards, buntings and more

  • Liaise with vendors for print production when necessary

3. Digital & Social Media Design
  • Design and adapt graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

  • Create engaging digital visuals such as banners, animations, GIFs, and video thumbnails for organic postings and ads

  • Create digital visuals including product images, icons, and promo banners for website, kiosk and digital platforms

  • Assist in updating visual content based on seasonal promotions or campaigns

4. Collaboration & Creative Support
  • Work closely with the marketing, operations and vendors to complete design tasks

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute design ideas and creative solutions

  • Support in video production and evaluation of video content wherever necessary

  • Support ad hoc design needs for Burger King

5. Design Trends & Quality Control
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep visuals fresh and modern, especially within the fast food industry

  • Review agency designs and ensure their proposed designs matches our brand identity and standards

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Art/ Creative/ Graphic Designs or equivalent.

  • Required skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or other relatable software editing tools.

  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably Executive specialized in Art/ Creative/ Graphic Designs or equivalent.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Able to work independently and detail-oriented with strong conceptual abilities

  • Effective time management and able to multi-task.

  • Knowledge of capturing photos and video editing is an added advantage.
