Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services.

The Inside Sales is responsible for increasing revenue/gross profit and market share while developing an ongoing relationship with existing & new customers & focusing on specific trade lane development.

You will be responsible to build a new business relationship and sustain and grow the present customer base on trade lane development.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the company
  • Able to develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers & JAS network
  • Focus on trade lane development i.e., Europe (Germany & Italy)
  • Preparing quotations to new & existing customers
  • Generating leads for the sales team by contacting potential and customers by phone to introduce JAS and the company’s product, services, and offers
  • Maintain a record of calls made to customers with relevant details
  • Application of credit facility on behalf of the customer
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for new business generated, and manage the implementation of new business into the operational department
  • Provide activity reports (weekly) and sales pipelines to the NSM and update into company’s CRM platform
  • Utilizing the company’s CRM platform to enhance sales activity like sending sales lead and quotations.
  • Actively participate in aggressive sales and skills training
  • Adhere to all requirements outlined in the Sales Policy and KPI setting
  • To promote JAS Forwarding brand name in the market
  • To align with the company’s Credit Management Policy and ensure AR collection are met
  • Achieve the agreed monthly/quarterly/annual growth targets
  • Prepare monthly reports on P&L, New business, pipeline, and customer analysis
  • Key interface with prospective & established clients on operational issues
  • Manage SOP’s & quotations with clients from time to time based on market situation/changes
  • To ensure compliance with all JAS Worldwide and governmental policies, directives, and procedures.
  • Other duties & responsibilities will be assigned from time-time based on the company’s direction
