About the Programme

ParagonCorp Malaysia is offering internship opportunities for students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This programme is designed to provide practical exposure, real business involvement, and professional development across multiple departments.

Available Departments

1️⃣ Marketing (Brand Building, Digital Content & Social Commerce)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in content planning and execution for digital platforms
  • Support social commerce initiatives and campaign coordination
  • Monitor digital performance metrics and prepare basic reports
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Support Brand Building activities
2️⃣ Human Resources (Human Capital & Talent Acquisition)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment process
  • Contribute in employer branding initiatives
  • Learn about HR documentation and administrative tasks
  • Initiate and promote internal engagement activities
3️⃣ Corporate Affairs (CSR & Communications)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in CSR programme coordination and NGO engagement
  • Support social impact reporting and documentation
  • Help manage basic social media content related to CSR
  • Assist in event coordination and stakeholder communication
4️⃣ Market Development (Brand Activation)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support brand activation campaigns and on-ground events
  • Assist in performance tracking and sales data analysis
  • Prepare reports and insights from activation activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
5️⃣ Trade Marketing (Channel Promotions, Sales Activation, Merchandising Support)
  • Assist in planning and executing retail and channel promotions
  • Support sales activation initiatives, including on-ground events and campaign coordination
  • Help with merchandising activities to ensure brand visibility and product placement
  • Collect and analyze data on promotional performance, and prepare simple reports
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in relevant field
  • Available to start in March
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
