Job Title: Inventory Management (Warehouse Distribution Centre)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Inventory Management officer to support daily operations at our Warehouse Distribution Centre in Shah Alam. This role will primarily focus on inventory accuracy, order processing, and e-commerce/B2C fulfillment , while working closely with the Warehouse Admin and operations team.

This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Operations

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated in a timely manner
  • Support daily stock monitoring, including inbound, outbound, and returns
  • Perform cycle counts and assist in periodic stock take exercises
  • Identify and report stock discrepancies
E-commerce & B2C Fulfillment
  • Process daily online orders (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, website)
  • Coordinate with warehouse team on picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Track order fulfillment status and ensure timely delivery
  • Flag and follow up on order issues or delays
Warehouse Support
  • Assist Warehouse Admin with documentation and system updates
  • Ensure proper filing of delivery orders (DO), invoices, and inventory records
  • Support coordination between warehouse and commercial/customer service teams
Reporting & System Updates
  • Update inventory and order data in ERP/WMS systems
  • Prepare basic daily/weekly reports on stock movement and order fulfillment
  • Highlight low stock or fast-moving items for replenishment planning
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, or e-commerce operations (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply)
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems or ERP is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, tracking)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow through tasks independently
  • Willing to be based in a warehouse environment in Shah Alam
Preferred Profile
  • Experience supporting e-commerce operations (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
  • Able to work well with ground operations/warehouse team
  • Hands-on, reliable, and able to handle routine operational tasks consistently
