RINGKASAN TUGASAN:

Untuk memastikan penghantaran barangan yang selamat, cekap, dan tepat pada masanya menggunakan lori 5.5 tan, termasuk membantu kerja memuat dan memunggah, serta mengekalkan keadaan kenderaan mengikut piawaian syarikat.

TANGGUNGJAWAB KERJA:

  • Memandu lori 5.5 tan untuk penghantaran dan pengambilan barangan
  • Memastikan barangan dihantar dengan selamat, tepat dan mengikut jadual
  • Melakukan kerja memuat naik barangan ke lori serta memunggah barangan dengan selamat
  • Menjaga kebersihan dan keadaan lori serta melakukan pemeriksaan asas kenderaan
  • Mematuhi semua peraturan jalan raya, keselamatan, dan prosedur penghantaran syarikat
  • Memastikan pengendalian barangan dilakukan dengan cermat untuk mengelakkan kerosakan
  • Melaksanakan penghantaran luar kawasan termasuk ke Singapura apabila diperlukan

KELAYAKAN DAN KEMAHIRAN:

  • Mempunyai lesen memandu Kelas E2 yang sah dengan GDL (Lesen Kenderaan Barangan)
  • Berpengalaman memandu lori 5.5 tan adalah satu kelebihan
  • Sihat tubuh badan dan mampu membantu kerja memuat naik dan memunggah barangan
  • Mahir dengan peraturan keselamatan jalan raya dan prosedur penghantaran
  • Bertanggungjawab, menepati masa, dan mampu bekerja secara berdikari
  • Mempunyai sikap yang baik, berdisiplin, dan mampu bekerja dalam pasukan
  • Mampu mengikut arahan dan peraturan keselamatan
  • Bersedia untuk menghantar barangan ke Singapura apabila diperlukan (1–2 kali sebulan)

KPI:

  • Prestasi penghantaran tepat pada masa
  • Rekod keselamatan (tiada kemalangan atau pelanggaran)
  • Pengendalian barangan yang betul (tiada kerosakan)
  • Keadaan dan kebersihan kenderaan dijaga dengan baik
  • Kehadiran dan kebolehpercayaan

GAJI DAN FAEDAH:

  • Gaji Asas: RM 3,000 hingga RM 3,300
  • Elaun kehadiran: RM 10 sehari dari Isnin hingga Jumaat (tertakluk kepada kehadiran dan ketepatan masa)
  • Elaun makan luar kawasan: RM 20 setiap hidangan
  • Elaun luar kawasan: RM 30 setiap perjalanan (melebihi 200 km)
  • Elaun luar negara (Singapura): RM 100 setiap perjalanan
  • Medical claim

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
