Job Purpose The Media – Omnichannel role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated media strategies across both digital and offline channels. This role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and ROI through effective media investments, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Media Planning & Execution
  • Develop integrated media plans (annual, quarterly, and campaign-based) aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Plan and manage media mix across digital, TV, OOH, print, radio, and in-store channels
  • Collaborate with media agencies and vendors to ensure accurate and timely execution of media buys
2. Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on KPIs, insights, and budget efficiency
  • Manage media budgets to ensure effective allocation and cost control
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines
3. Data, Reporting & Insights
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Leverage consumer insights, market data, and media tools to refine targeting and strategy
  • Partner with digital and analytics teams to track ROI, reach, frequency, and conversion metrics
4. Stakeholder & Agency Management
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Digital, Creative, and E-commerce teams
  • Manage relationships with media agencies, publishers, and platform partners
  • Support media negotiations to secure competitive rates and added value opportunities
5. Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Stay updated on media trends, platform developments, and competitive activity within the FMCG landscape
  • Identify and recommend innovative media solutions and emerging platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in media planning (agency or brand side preferred)
  • Relevant experience with strong ownership of campaigns
  • Strong understanding of integrated media planning across digital and traditional channels
  • Hands-on experience with media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, programmatic buying)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Good budget management and negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and media reporting tools
  • Experience in FMCG, beauty, or consumer brands is an advantage
  • Exposure to omnichannel or integrated marketing campaigns
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
