OPERATION MANAGER

We are looking for a highly motivated, committed and target driven Operation Manager to be part of our team. You’ll will manage a diverse range of responsibilities, including administrative support, coordinating operations, liaising with clients and ensuring effective communication skill and problem solving both internally and externally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-

  • Operational Strategy - Develop and execute the company’s operational strategies to ensure business goals are met.
  • Team Management - Lead and coordinate the operations team, including scheduling, task assignments, and performance evaluations.
  • Process Improvement - Analyze operational data and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes.
  • Client Relations - Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing manpower and other related issues.
  • Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, providing timely follow-ups and solutions.
  • Team Performance - Oversee team members’ performance, ensuring productivity, adherence to standards, and proper grooming.
  • Leadership - Set a clear vision for the team, fostering motivation and maintaining high levels of performance.
  • Operational Efficiency - Ensure smooth workflow and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) in day-to-day activities.
  • Collaboration - Develop and nurture relationships with key industry partners to strengthen business partnerships.
  • Problem Solving - Address operational challenges efficiently to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Other Duties - Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the business.
Job Requirements :-
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related field.
  • Required Language: Malay and English. Other language will be added advantage.
  • Good communication skills, pleasant personality & able to work under competitive environment.
  • Computer knowledge is a must.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player, good time-management skills, great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Foster and nurture strong public relations with clients.
  • Matured, committed, responsible and reliable
  • Preferably at least 4-5 years of related experience in a Managerial position
  • Required to travel as and when necessary
  • Possess own transport
