Hi everyone!

We are urgently looking for candidates who are looking for new opportunity of Pharmacy Assistant, to be located in Puncak Alam, Selangor.

A Pharmacy Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, handling orders, maintaining accurate records and assisting in various administrative tasks related to the pharmacy's operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor while interacting with customers.

  • Ensure the inventory is accurately controlled, organized and accounted.

  • Take order from clinic and communicate with them for new orders. keep track of incoming and outgoing stock, update stock valuations accordingly.

  • Preparing order summaries for clinic.

  • Verify new stock and monitor medicine stock level.

  • Filling of invoice appropriately.

  • Prepare PSO and invoice for clinics and update the payment.

  • Keep the sales report summary up to date.

  • Perform additional assignments as instructed.

We expect your qualification to have:

Diploma in Pharmacy/Science/ Chemistry/ Applied Science or equivalent

Experience of 1-2 years or working. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good customer service skills

Willing to work in Puncak Alam area
