Job Summary: The Presales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by bridging the gap between customer needs and technical solutions. This position involves working closely with the sales & marketing team to understand client requirements, crafting tailored enterprise solutions, and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals. The job requires a combination of deep solution expertise with strategic thinking and excellent communication skills to influence decision-makers and secure new business.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Proposal Development
  • Collaborate with sales & delivery teams to understand client requirements and craft tailored solutions.
  • Lead the creation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and presentations, with support and input for the Delivery Competency Leads & team.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
Client Engagement
  • Conduct solution demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and workshops with the Delivery team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Market & Solution Expertise
  • Stay updated on solution and industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide feedback to sales & delivery teams based on client interactions and market insights.
Sales & Marketing Support
  • Support sales & marketing teams with knowledge of solutions.
  • Assist in qualifying leads and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead the creation of solution packages and present in marketing events for lead generation.
  • Assist and support all Sales and Marketing team members in day-to-day tasks and activities as required.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions (e.g. SAP Solutions, Salesforce.com, UiPath, AWS, Azure etc.)
  • Excellent proposal development, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles.
  • Able to travel for sales & marketing activities.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa (Business Communication)
