The Job
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and optimize molds for plastic components, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee the selection, maintenance, and calibration of molding tools and equipment to ensure consistent quality and performance.
  • Analyze and improve molding processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize defects.
The Talent
  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Strong understanding of plastic injection molding machines, including single-shot and multi-shot molding
  • Proficient in 2D/3D CAD software and Microsoft Office applications
