  1. (Primary) Provide technical support and assessment on pre-sales and post-installation activities to achieve satisfactory customer experience.
  2. (Primary) Drive operation and maintenance work scopes, including but not limited to plant monitoring and prompt analysis of plant’s statuses.
  3. Focuses to deliver operation and maintenance projects on-time, in-scope and on-budget with high quality output.
  4. Lead the entire project execution, including planning and monitoring the delivery for every implementation phase.
  5. Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), identify workstreams interdependencies and meticulous progress monitoring.
  6. Engage and manage various stakes holders, internal and external project resource within matrix environment.
  7. Liaise with suppliers for product procurement and delivery.
  8. Be involved in identifying, implement PV system optimisation ideas to achieve business objectives, high quality outcome targets and improve preventive maintenance planning.
  9. Manage external vendors and the technical teams to ensure the project is on track in terms of quality, delivery milestones and costs.
  10. Arrange for testing & commissioning, and handover documentation assessment.
  11. Be a positive change agent.

Requirements

Academic Qualification

  1. Bachelor with Honours degree Management/Business Administration/Finance, Engineering/IT or any related field.

Experiences

  1. Candidates with Solar PV Installation / Project Management / Construction experience will be given priority.
  2. Good Project management (PMP) or relevant certified will have an added advantage.
  3. At least 5 years of actual experience related to job descriptions.
  4. Young, energetic, creative and passionate about green technology.
  5. Project and people management experience.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
