Sales Administrator to
support sales operations, manage customer transactions, and ensure smooth business processes at our Sungai Buloh branch.

Job Responsibilities:
✔
Order & Sales Processing – Manage customer orders, prepare invoices, and maintain sales records.
✔ Customer Service – Assist customers with inquiries and provide after-sales support.
✔ Sales Support – Help the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
✔ Inventory Coordination – Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
✔ General Administration – Handle paperwork, emails, and liaise with suppliers.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum
SPM qualification (
Diploma or higher is an advantage!).
✔ Experience in sales administration or customer service is preferred.
✔ Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
✔ Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.

Tanggungjawab:

Pemprosesan Pesanan & Jualan – Mengurus pesanan pelanggan, menyediakan invois, dan mengemaskini rekod jualan.
✔ Khidmat Pelanggan – Membantu pelanggan dengan pertanyaan dan sokongan selepas jualan.
✔ Sokongan Jualan – Menyediakan dokumentasi dan membantu pasukan jualan.
✔ Penyelarasan Inventori – Memantau tahap stok dan memastikan rekod yang tepat.
✔ Pentadbiran Am – Mengurus dokumen, e-mel, dan urusan dengan pembekal.
Keperluan:
✔ Minimum
SPM (Diploma atau lebih tinggi adalah kelebihan!).
✔ Pengalaman dalam pentadbiran jualan atau khidmat pelanggan diutamakan.
✔ Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Malaysia & Inggeris.
✔ Mahir dalam Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✔ Seorang yang teratur, teliti, dan mampu mengurus pelbagai tugas serentak.
✔ Sikap positif dan boleh bekerja dalam pasukan.
