About the Role

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing division and premium skincare brands (BelleWave™, SkinMTX™, and Specifix™ Professional) have established a formidable global presence, spanning 23 countries with 10,000 points of distribution across professional spa and beauty salons, aesthetic and derma clinics worldwide.

We are looking for a pioneering and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to build our new direct-to-market entity in Malaysia for our portfolio of professional skincare brands from the ground up.

This is a unique "builder" role, perfect for a hands-on sales leader who is excited by the challenge of launching a business. You will be responsible for building and leading the entire direct-to-market strategy, personally driving sales to key accounts, and establishing our brands as leaders in the Malaysian professional salon and medispa channel.

You will have the full backing of our regional HQ, but the autonomy to build and own the market. The ideal candidate has deep connections in the Malaysian professional beauty industry and a "hunter" mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Sales Leadership (The "Builder")

· Take full commercial accountability for the GVig Malaysia P&L, responsible for achieving ambitious sales revenue, market share, and profitability targets.

· Develop and execute the complete, end-to-end direct-to-market strategy for our brand portfolio.

· Personally lead the sales effort by prospecting, negotiating, and winning new business with Malaysia's most important key accounts (top salon chains, KOL medispas, and aesthetic clinics).

· Manage pricing, trade terms, and promotional strategies to drive growth while protecting our premium brand positioning.

2. Team Building & Management

· Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing local team, starting with a foundational sales and education staff.

· Foster a high-energy, "owner's mindset" culture focused on sales, client service, and executional excellence.

· Set clear KPIs, sales targets, and incentive structures for your team.

3. Education & Brand Advocacy (The "Ambassador")

· Partner with the regional Education Lead to deploy a best-in-class training and education program for all new clients, ensuring they are confident and proficient with our protocols.

· Act as the primary brand ambassador for GVig in Malaysia, representing the company at trade shows (like Cosmobeaute), PR events, and in all client interactions.

· Gather and report on in-market intelligence, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform regional strategy.

4. Operations & S&OP Management

· Oversee all local operations, including inventory forecasting, demand planning (S&OP), and coordination with our regional supply chain to ensure high fill rates and smooth logistics.

· Ensure all local business activities are compliant with Malaysian regulations and company policies.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

· Experience: 7-10+ years of commercial and sales leadership experience, with a proven track record in the Malaysian professional beauty or aesthetics industry.

· A "Builder" with a Hunter Mindset: You are a true entrepreneur who is excited by the challenge of launching a new business and is willing to be hands-on in prospecting and closing deals.

· Deep Local Network: You have existing, high-level relationships with key salon owners, medispa chains, and industry KOLs in Malaysia.

· Strong Leadership: You are a natural leader, coach, and mentor who can inspire a new team.

· Commercial Acumen: You have a strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting. You are data-driven and results-oriented.

· Independent & Proactive: You are a self-starter who can operate with a high degree of autonomy and drive results without daily oversight.
