Khalifah Didik Sdn. Bhd. is a growing education organisation specialising in early childhood education. As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our internal marketing capabilities and are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Marketing Executive to support our sales and business growth initiatives.

Job Summary

We are looking for a self‑driven and technically competent Marketing Executive (Digital Marketing) with strong hands‑on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and WordPress websites. This role requires the ability to independently plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing activities with minimal supervision, while working closely with the HOD Sales & Marketing to achieve performance‑based targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Handle hands‑on ad execution including targeting, budgeting, tracking, optimisation, and reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and optimise cost‑per‑lead and ROI
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives to support sales growth and business objectives
  • Manage and update the company website using WordPress, including content updates, landing pages, and basic troubleshooting
  • Collaborate closely with the HOD Sales & Marketing to align marketing campaigns with sales strategies
  • Prepare basic performance reports, insights, and recommendations
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
  • Strong hands‑on experience in paid ads setup and management (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Proven experience in managing and updating WordPress websites
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail‑oriented, results‑driven, and execution‑focused
  • Experience in the education or childcare industry is an added advantage
