Role Description The Sales & Service Executive will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing tailored solutions for customers' financial needs.

Key responsibilities include promoting products and services such as Easy Payment schemes, credit cards, insurance products, and personal financing options. The Executive will also handle customer inquiries, assist with applications, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a full-time on-site role based in WP.

Qualifications

  • Sales and marketing skills, with the ability to promote financial products and engage with potential customers effectively
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to deliver a positive customer experience
  • Basic understanding of financial services, consumer credit, and insurance products
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other digital tools
  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Minimum qualification of a Diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Experience in the financial services or sales industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Willingness to work in an on-site office location in WP. Kuala Lumpur
