  • Ensure that no unauthorized persons or undesirable elements are permitted to loiter in or around the hotel premises.
  • Performs crowd and traffic control duty during special or major events and direct the vehicles to park at authorized parking lots.
  • Perform traffic control duty at the front driveway and ensure the smooth flow of traffic at all times.
  • Perform petrol at all function areas, service area, public area and work areas of employees from time to time.
  • To completely understand function of the Fire Control Room and ensure the CCTV and other system in it are in good working condition at all times and report immediately on any defects.
  • As a member of Emergency Response Team and to act accordingly when on duty.
  • Ensures that all employees abide by the hotel rules and regulations.
  • Liaises closely with all departments in matters pertaining to security.
  • To escort General Cashier to retrieve sales money from the safe at Front Office.
  • To escort Food and Beverage cashier to drop their cash collection for the day into the safe at the Front Office.
  • To ensure proper issuing, receiving and record all movements of keys in the log book at Timekeeper.
  • Reports all observed hotel property deficiencies and safety hazards.
