Role: Senior Finance Analyst

Purpose:

This is a high-visibility finance role supporting regional operations, where you’ll work closely with stakeholders to drive financial performance and decision-making. You will act as the bridge between in-country finance and a centralised shared services function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong governance, and continuous improvement across finance operations. This role suits someone who enjoys both hands-on reporting and influencing business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and functional leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
  • Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, with clear variance analysis and recommendations
  • Support cost control initiatives and profitability analysis
  • Act as the main point of contact between finance and shared services teams, ensuring smooth coordination
  • Provide guidance on accounting treatments, policies, and reporting requirements
  • Ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and aligned with internal and group reporting standards
  • Drive improvements in processes, controls, and overall efficiency within finance operations
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
  • Support audits and liaise with internal and external stakeholders when required
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements in coordination with external advisors
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and support forecasting and long-term planning
  • Analyse budget variances and provide clear, actionable insights to management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting with 4–7 years of relevant experience
  • Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent), or in progress, is advantageous
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems is expected
  • Able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions
