Position: Senior Finance Executive (Group Finance)

Location: Puchong

This is a Group-level finance position within a listed company environment, with exposure to consolidation, board reporting, regulatory compliance, and corporate growth initiatives, including expansion and potential M&A activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Group FC
  • Listed Company Reporting
  • Monthly group consolidation and preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Board papers and management reporting
  • Annual Report & Sustainability Report disclosures and regulatory compliance
  • Coordination with auditors and corporate advisors
  • Financial Planning & Strategic Analysis
  • Budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling
  • Margin analysis, cost optimisation and operational performance tracking
  • Credit risk management, AR oversight and cash flow monitoring
  • Financial insights and analysis for senior management
  • Expansion & Growth Initiatives
  • Support financial analysis for new business initiatives
  • Support in evaluating capital expenditure and investment returns
  • Exposure to expansion planning and potential M&A assessments
  • Process standardisation and strengthening internal controls across subsidiaries
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent or
  • Professional qualification (ACCA / CA / CPA or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years related experience (audit / Big 4 background is a strong advantage)
  • Good communication skills in English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin Speaking stakeholders) and BM.
  • Familiarity with any structured accounting/ERP system
  • Strong technical grounding in financial reporting standards
  • Analytical, commercially aware and comfortable with responsibility
  • Ambitious and growth-driven mindset

  • Must possess own transport

Remuneration Packages:
  • Basic salary: RM5,000.00 to RM7,000.00
  • Benefits:

  • Working Days:
5 days' work week (Monday to Friday) Working Hours (Office Hours): Monday to Friday (8am - 6pm)
