Job Description

  1. Develop, manage, and grow the company’s presence across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc).
  2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and content across digital, print, and social media channels.
  3. Monitor social media trends, respond to audience interactions, and manage online reputation.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  5. Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and promotional content.
  6. Analyze performance metrics from social media and broader campaigns.
  7. Assist with organizing events, trade shows, and product launches.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  9. Support PR and media communication efforts as needed.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) & Capcut. Canva is an added bonus
  • Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
