Responsibilities

Performance & Paid Media Strategy
  • Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms, driving scalable growth and high-quality lead acquisition.
  • Lead optimization of key performance metrics (CPL, CPA, CAC, LTV, ROI, ROAS) with a strong focus on revenue impact and efficiency.
  • Manage and allocate media budgets strategically to maximize return on investment and support business growth objectives.
  • Continuously refine campaign performance through structured experimentation, audience strategy, and bidding optimization.
Data, Insights & Analytics
  • Oversee robust tracking and measurement frameworks across all paid media activities, ensuring accurate attribution and performance visibility.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency of data across marketing platforms, CRM systems, and the sales pipeline.
  • Analyze full-funnel performance, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and revenue outcomes.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Act as a key contributor to data-driven decision-making, with a focus on measurable business impact.
Cross-Functional Impact
  • Partner closely with Content, Design, Brand, Sales, and Product teams to align messaging, creatives, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide input into lead quality frameworks and collaborate with sales teams to optimize pipeline performance.
  • Contribute to growth strategy through hypothesis development, testing frameworks, and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven success in performance marketing with a strong track record of driving measurable growth across paid channels.
  • Deep expertise in SEM, Google Ads, Paid Search, and broader performance marketing ecosystems (PPC).
  • Experience working with financial institutions, brokers, or regulated industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate insights into business impact.
