Your Role As a Senior Staff Engineer , you will take on a leading role to drive, grow, and develop new products in the area of discrete devices.

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Responsible for product development activities in projects
  • Play a key role as a team member under the leadership and guidance of the project manager
  • Identify and propose product development opportunities, and enable decision-making by providing technical input
  • Serve as the technical lead and go-to person for product development questions
  • Own technical risks within the product development cycle
  • Define, identify, and mitigate risks, and execute predefined preventive measures
  • Act as the technical interface to other departments and stakeholders
  • Lead FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) activities
  • Be part of the D project team and serve as an expert go-to person for all other functions related to product development within the project team
Your Profile Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
  • Hold a university or university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Power Electronics, Materials Science, Applied Physics, or a comparable field
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in product development (product, system, frontend, backend, or package technologies)
  • Have at least 10 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry or a similar industry, with a focus on research and development projects/programs
  • Possess fluent English skills (certification is a strong advantage)
