Role Overview

As the Shoppertainment Manager / Executive , you will be responsible for driving ParagonCorp’s livestream e-commerce ecosystem , including livestream shows, live hosts, and digital engagement campaigns. Your role is to plan, execute, and optimize live commerce campaigns , ensuring engagement, brand consistency, and revenue growth across platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other social commerce channels.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Brand, E-commerce, and KOL/Influencer teams to create compelling, conversion-driven content that resonates with consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Shoppertainment ecosystem including livestream scheduling, content planning, and host coordination.
  • Recruit, train, and coordinate live hosts, influencers, and affiliates for livestream sessions.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Trade Marketing, and E-commerce teams to align campaigns with promotions and product launches.
  • Plan and execute livestream content that drives engagement, conversion, and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze livestream performance metrics (viewership, engagement, GMV, conversion rates) and optimize future campaigns.
  • Ensure brand messaging and presentation are consistent across all livestream events .
  • Stay up-to-date on shoppertainment trends, social commerce best practices, and competitor activities .
  • Manage budgets, incentives, and campaign logistics for live commerce initiatives.
  • Work closely with platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and agencies to maximize campaign reach and impact .
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce, live commerce, or digital marketing , preferably in FMCG or beauty.
  • Experience in livestreaming, influencer marketing, or Shoppertainment campaigns is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills .
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns .
  • Creative, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-moving digital environment.
