Are you someone who enjoys working with young people and creating a positive, supportive environment? Join our boarding house team and play a meaningful role in the daily lives of our students.

As a Supervisor Support, you’ll work alongside our Afternoon Supervisors to ensure the wellbeing, safety, and routines of our Year 7–13 boarders are well supported each evening (5:30pm–10:30pm Monday - Thursday). This is more than a supervisory role — it’s an opportunity to build connections, model positive behaviours, and contribute to a strong sense of community.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help create an environment where students feel safe, respected, and supported to thrive.
  • Support evening routines including meals, study time, and settling for the night
  • Help supervise activities and encourage student participation
  • Build positive relationships with students, fostering respect and inclusion
  • Encourage independence, responsibility, and self-discipline
  • Monitor student wellbeing and behaviour
  • Work closely with and report to the Senior Supervisor
Supporting Wellbeing & Safety
  • Provide basic first aid and assist with student medication when needed
  • Help maintain clean, healthy, and welcoming living spaces
  • Contribute to a calm, structured, and supportive boarding environment
What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is approachable, dependable, and thrives in a team environment, contributing to the high standards upheld at Enwood.

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll bring a genuine interest in supporting young people, along with sound judgement and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

A professional, respectful, and confidential approach is essential, as can follow direction and make a positive contribution to team culture.

The successful applicant will also be required to pass a police clearance.
