Scope:
- Developing and delivering system solutions & support to clients.

Preparing proposals and quotations forprocess control instrumentation,SCADA, IIOT, MES or Industry 4.0.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the contract/orders.
- Establishing new accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales.
- Managing internal & external sales.
- Marketing company’s solutions for local & overseas markets.
- Develop sales plans to fulfil growth & revenue goals alongside the Sales Division Head.
- Preparing sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensuring maximum sales of our organization’s products.
Preferences
- Possess a Degree in Electronic & Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable on Process Control Instrumentation, PLC, SCADA or Telemetry/ IIoT
- Have at least3-5 years of working experience in Instruments/ Automation with experience in Project Sales, preparing tender or proposal.
- Experience with one or more of the following systems is prefered: MES technologies, CitectScada\Cimplicity, Historian, Siemens\Schneider\GE PLC, SQL programming will be an added advantage.
- Possess good business communication skills, technical knowledge, business presentation and public speaking.

Job Description
•Drive sales initiatives for the company’s products and services in Oil & Gas and Energy, Palm Oil, Industrial sectors.
•Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation
•Providing sales support to the team, including preparing sales proposals, managing customer relationships, and closing deals
•Assisting with the development and execution of sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed targets
•Monitoring and analysing sales performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements
•Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
•Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the sales team
•Staying up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity
Preferences
•Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or relevant fields.
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field , preferably within the oil and gas, energy or a related industry
•Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
