· Execution of mould maintenance before, during and after production 模具产前,产中,产后保养的执行

· Understand the production plan, maintain the mould in time according to the priorities, and be responsible for the results and follow up 了解生产计划,按照轻重缓急及时的保养模具,并对结果负责;

· Inspect mould before mould test, which include water transport, ejection, mould movement, heating of hot runner, lubrication of sliding insert, etc. 模具试模前的检查,包括运水、顶出、模具动作、热流道升温、滑动部件的润滑等

· Actively participate in every proposal for improvements; find ways to improve the lifespan of the mould, improve the quality of products and reduce the scraps caused the mould 积极参与各方面的提案改善;想办法提高模具使用寿命,提高产品质量,降低因模具原因造成的废损;
