Job Duties

  • Under general supervision, organizes and coordinates the activities involved in maintaining and repairing down-hole, and surface equipment.
  • Insure that the Product Service Lines (PSL's) service line equipment is maintained according to Global Maintenance Standards.
  • Advises employee of proper operation and maintenance of equipment, trains new maintenance technicians, and further develops skill of current workers.
  • Monitors down-hole equipment operation and ensures that maintenance and safety procedures are followed.
  • Orders and maintains an adequate inventory of parts and supplies to ensure timely maintenance.
  • Promote safety, quality improvement process awareness, and teamwork.
  • Skills are typically acquired through a high school diploma or similar education and 5-7 years experience.
  • Experience in SAP order to cash is preferred.
  • Specialized training in equipment maintenance through knowledge of field services and/or shop repair functions is required.
  • Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
  • Ensures compliance with HSE regulations and guidelines.
  • Promotes and takes an active part in the Quality Improvement Process.
