Your ‘day to day’ As a Zonal Operations - Data Analyst, you will support Head of Zone, Zone Business Manager and Zonal Operations Manager's decision making through financial and business analytics and reporting.

You Will Be Accountable To

  • Develop / generate / provide detailed business analysis, performance reporting, and full set of zonal income statement relating to Key Sales Indicator (KSI), Volume Forecasting, Budgeting & Financial Performance for assigned zone in a timely manner and include recommendations for improvement purposes.
  • Maintain Zonal KPI performance dashboard and data integrity through regular auditing of Zonal data using BORA and collaborate with relevant stakeholders on process and system improvements on data integrity.
  • Continuously gather, monitor, and analyse market information, including competitor intelligence with the objective to provide awareness & understanding of trade-related developments.
  • Analyse volume/ shipment results including offtake data to identify issues and opportunities and propose correct measures to minimize discrepancies and ensure continuous improvement of zonal performance. Monitor and report on sales volume, as well as provide detailed forecasting to the team.
  • Compile monthly Sales Representative incentives, Zonal trade programs, investments and returns to Head of Zone.
  • Propose corrective measures to ensure continuous improvement and buy-in to incentives.
  • Perform Field Visits within Zonal area to gather market insights.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as data analyst supporting the sales/commercial domain, preferably in the FMCG.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with strong financial acumen.
  • Experienced in engaging with different business stakeholders and possesses strong influencing skills.
  • Well-developed critical thinking skills, with an ability to apply logic and challenge assumptions.
  • Computer savvy especially in MS Office. Experience in MS PowerBI will be an added advantage.
  • Degree in business administration, actuarial science, finance, or related disciplines.
  • Able to travel within designated Zonal areas.
