Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live chat rooms, forums, and messaging platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform policies

  • Review and moderate user-generated content, including messages, comments, and posts

  • Identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or policy-violating content promptly and accurately

  • Respond to user inquiries through text-based communication when required

  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior moderators or supervisors
