HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support business objectives.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, operations, and finance, to define analytical needs and deliver insights.

  • Design and implement predictive models and statistical analyses to support strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, actionable manner.

  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of analytics best practices within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.

  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

  • Experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Experience working in remote or hybrid teams is a plus.

Experience

  • Proven experience managing and analyzing large datasets in a corporate environment.

  • Demonstrated success in providing actionable insights that drive business decisions.

  • Prior experience in HR analytics, operations analytics, or finance analytics is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible schedule may be available).

  • Occasional meetings with cross-Canada or international teams may require adjusted hours.
