Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Loss Prevention Specialist to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and integrity of our warehouse operations. You will play a critical role in preventing theft, reducing loss, and maintaining a secure work environment for employees, assets, and inventory. This is a hands-on role that requires strong observational skills, investigative capabilities, and a proactive approach to risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor warehouse operations and conduct regular safety and security inspections to identify potential risks.

  • Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or policy violations and prepare detailed reports for management.

  • Collaborate with warehouse managers, HR, and local law enforcement as needed to resolve incidents.

  • Implement and enforce company security policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

  • Conduct training sessions for employees on loss prevention, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.

  • Analyze loss prevention data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and actionable recommendations.

  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents within the warehouse.

  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security audits.
